Terms and Conditions

1. Booking

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or deposit.
A confirmation email with all cruise details will be sent after booking.

2. Payment

Payment can be made online or according to the agreed terms.
The remaining balance must be paid before departure.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure are non-refundable.

In case of no-show, no refund will be provided.

4. Weather Conditions

Your safety is our top priority.

In case of unsuitable weather conditions, the cruise may be:
• rescheduled to another available date
• or fully refunded

The final decision is made by the captain based on safety conditions.

5. Changes & Itinerary

Exclusive Explore reserves the right to modify:
• itinerary
• schedule
• stops

depending on weather or safety conditions.

6. Liability

Passengers participate at their own risk.

Exclusive Explore shall not be held responsible for:
• injuries resulting from failure to follow crew instructions
• loss or damage of personal belongings

7. Children Supervision

Children must be under the constant supervision of their parents or guardians at all times.

Exclusive Explore does not provide childcare services and cannot be held responsible for unsupervised children.

8. Conduct on Board

Passengers must:
• follow crew instructions at all times
• behave appropriately

The captain reserves the right to refuse or remove any passenger whose behavior compromises safety or the experience.

9. Alcohol Policy

Alcohol consumption must remain responsible.

The crew reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger showing inappropriate behavior.

10. Health & Fitness

Passengers must ensure they are physically fit to participate.

Any medical condition must be disclosed prior to the cruise.

11. Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

We recommend avoiding bringing valuables on board.

12. Privacy

Personal information is used solely for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Greek law.
